Broadband

Hi I recently joined Virgin. Coming from UW we had 8mb/sec download Speed, now with virgin it is over 100mb/s. However nothing works out of the living room. With the old broadband I had perfect connection upstairs, in the garden, garage. Now only in the living room, and still it disconnects frequently. Please help

If your hoping for great Wifi from VM you will not get it unless you get your own wireless router with 1Gb ports and put hub in modem mode.
