Broadband

  • My broadband won't connect to my virgin media box. I've tried everything. Just keeps saying there is a connection problem. My phone and everything else is connected

Is this a new connection or has it worked before? What lights show on the Hub?

Is your phone working on WiFi from the Hub? What other devices are connected, by WiFi or ethernet

If you haven't done so use an Ethernet cable to connect your V6 to the hub.
