HI, I have been having ongoing issues with my broadband and Sky Q. I have tried a reset this evening after being advised by virgin media staff member. I have now not been able to login in to my broadband at all. Please can someone advise me. I can’t get through on the phone and now have no broadband at all!
There seems to be a problem with SkyQ and any ISP other than Sky. I learned today of problems my friend has with SkyQ and his BT internet connection. He was told by the Sky technician that it was a general problem that Sky was investigating.
