Broadband

HI, I have been having ongoing issues with my broadband and Sky Q. I have tried a reset this evening after being advised by virgin media staff member. I have now not been able to login in to my broadband at all. Please can someone advise me. I can’t get through on the phone and now have no broadband at all!

I'm sorry that you're having some ongoing issues with the broadband at the moment. I can appreciate you're keen to get this fixed.

 

When you say you did a reboot, was this a full reset by holding down the 'RESET' button on the hub?

 

Are you able to connect to anything via a wired connection at all?

There seems to be a problem with SkyQ and any ISP other than Sky. I learned today of problems my friend has with SkyQ and his BT internet connection. He was told by the Sky technician that it was a general problem that Sky was investigating.
