Broadband

My broadband has been down since noon, no issues on the service status page so I phoned and the call centre booked a technician on Monday. I just checked the service status phone number and there is an issue in the area which is being worked on. Do I still need the technician visit on Monday?

If there is still a known issue - the visit will automatically be cancelled - until its fixed.  So just keep checking the "status" until Monday.
