We had an area outage today at 11am. According to virgin service updates it was fixed at 5pm and I know of others who have full service again however we don't. I never managed to get through on the phone before the lines closed (earlier than advertised) I know of another house in my estate who is also still down and did get through & was told she needed an engineer, which cant be right if its more than 1 household effected still. Myself and my husband are both working from home (which was hard enough today) but the thought that tomorrow too could be an issue as I'm running out of data on my phone (I used it as a hotspot today) Any advice/help on what on earth we can do next?!
Have you rebooted your equipment since the outage was resolved?
