Hi everyone, I had an engineer come install tv and broadband yesterday. The TV box and broadband router have a constant orange light showing. I can connect an xbox to the WiFi but 2 gaming pc's that are in the same room can not connect, they won't even pick up the WiFi network to be able to connect. When I try to watch netflix through my tv it keeps buffering or discontects and tells me there is no interest signal. Spoke to virgin media customer services 3 times and they are telling me everything is fine on their side but it isn't on mine so they say they can't do anything about it. When we try to connect mobiles they say connected with no Internet so we are using our mobile data. Can anyone advise me what to do or should I just cancel with my cooking off period. Thank you in advance (I have a hub3)

I'm very sorry to hear about the issues you've been having.
I have taken a look on our side and it does look as though an engineer visit would be needed to make some adjustments.
