Broadband slow since upgraded my speed

Been on the phone to virgin constantly. I had the 200 mbps, and recently upgraded to the 500 mbps. Since then my wifi has became very slow, virgin sent a new hub 3 to me, this didn’t make any difference then an engineer came out and moved the hub from a cupboard to behind the tv. This has now made things worse and I have lost wifi in a room that had this before. I also have virgin media wifi booster installed. I have ran an Ethernet cable from the hub to my laptop and also PS4 and the most a Speedtest has managed is 190 mbps so I can’t get to the guaranteed speed of 256 mbps on a wired connection. The testing device is a gaming pc and capable of handling 1Gbs and using a Cat 5E/6 cable. 

I am being sent out the new wifi pod to try and fix things, I was wondering if someone could have a look over the router details as I think there might be an issue with the cabling or the power coming in via the cables.
