My signal is constantly dropping in and out, severely impacting my abiltiy to continue with work , particularly, meetings. The kids are also struggling with home schooling.
I have been sent a new router but the problem persists. It has dropped out 4 times in the last 2 hours. I have checked the Virgin website for any outtages but that says none have been noted.
What do I do next? How do I get an engineer to check the external connection??
