Broadband not working/unable to book an engineer appointment
My WiFi has suddenly stopped working and I can see some green lights on my Hub. I ran some tests online and it said that there's an error on your side. When I tried to book an appointment with an engineer online it says that there's an error and I should call this number 03454541111. When I called it said that the call centres are currently closed because of Covid-19. So basically I can't make an engineer appointment nor contact anybody to help me solve this problem and I really need my WiFi to work because I'm working from home. Could you please help me as soon as possible?

I ran the test to check my service status 3 times (which is the max times you are allowed to run this test per costumer per day) and it said that there weren't any problems on my side but there was a problem when it was checking Virgin Media's side. Therefore it directed me to book an appointment with an engineer which I couldn't do because of the reason in my previous message. What can I do?
