My newly installed fibre won’t connect to any of my Samsung tvs

How have things gone since your last post?
Could you please advise if the TVs connect via WiFi or ethernet and also are they the only devices in the house that cannot get internet on?
Have you tried to manually connect to the network from your TV settings and if so, what is going wrong with this process?
Do you get an error message or code each time you're trying to access the internet?
Please, share more details on the issues faced so we can advise based on this feedback.
