Broadband kit

I recently received my broadband kit but don't have a virgin wall socket. Yet I have received a message saying my kit is activated does this mean it will work or will I still need the wall socket?

In some cases there is just a coax cable on the floor.   Failing that ...

Call the Pre-installation and delivery team on 0800 052 1734
and explain what needs to be done.


If an engineer visit is offered - accept that.
