Broadband keeps cutting out

Hi all,

For just over a week out broadband has been cutting out two or more times throughout the day. In the last few days it seems to be more frequent and for much longer. Originally 5-10 minutes with a restart once maybe twice. Today repeatedly and taking over and hour to get back. 

We have tried all the faq suggestions and it keeps suggesting loose connections on the hub. We have checked them several times but them being the issue wouldn’t really explain why it would occasionally just return on its own or return just with a reset and not checking the connections.

The two of us are working from home and this is becoming very frustrating. It’s impossible to get a hold of anyone and Virgin.

Go to 192.168.0.1 in your browser, or 192.168.100.1 if in modem mode

 

Do NOT LOG IN

Post your upstream, downstream and network metrics from your HUB.
