Re: Broadband issues

SNR = Signal to noise ratio

Signal = good

Noise = unwanted!

If the SNR gets too low - the modem won't be able to adequately hear the signal over the noise and you lose packets (parts of the conversation)

Re: Broadband issues

Ok thanks for confirming. If it still persists past the date mentioned, shall I just jump back on here to report it?

Thanks,

Nats

Re: Broadband issues

Hi there,

I hope you're well.

I am still experiencing issues on this. Yesterday was fine and the wi-fi was running without any issues, it was a bit slow, but working. Today, the signal keeps on dropping out.

Can you help, again?

Thanks,

Nats

Re: Broadband issues

Hey @Nats19,

Thanks for dropping back. Unfortunately the work has been extended to fix this fault in your area.

The updated estimated fix time is now: 17th June at 11am.

Apologies again for the push back and the disruption this has caused.

Kind regards,
