Broadband issues


So a week ago i gave up my package with tv and landline and only kept the broadband which i upgraded for the 350 package.

Since then,the internet keeps droping like crazy,disconnects from devices and says an ip address couldnt be reached.I have tried restarting the hub multiple times by turning it off for 20 seconds and also i pressed the little reset button at the back of the hub.I have also phoned 150 and they did a test over the phone.Still the same issue appears.I really need an engineer to come and have a look at my hub because I think its unacceptable to pay £50 for broadband that keep disconnecting.

Do a 60 second pinhole reset on the hub.

Anything less (like a quick press) isn’t enough.
