I am having issues connecting to my broadband. It has been erratic for weeks, with poor signal, and on occasion stops working. Now it is not working at all. I have tried to usual 'switching the router on and off' several times, but it is still not working at all. The on-line service to check broadband issues in any area seems no longer to work, and also, it seems that Virgin no longer has a 24/7 support service for broadband. Is there any way to get support 24/7?
