Broadband issues

I am having issues connecting to my broadband. It has been erratic for weeks, with poor signal, and on occasion stops working. Now it is not working at all. I have tried to usual 'switching the router on and off' several times, but it is still not working at all. The on-line service to check broadband issues in any area seems no longer to work, and also, it seems that Virgin no longer has a 24/7 support service for broadband. Is there any way to get support 24/7?

I cannot connect to my broadband at all. Green lights flashing on the router.

It's best to ring support at 8am to avoid the queue. 

Can you login to the router via http://192.168.0.1?
