We have been having issues for over a day now with broadband. It did show online last night that there was an issue being worked on. This is now showing as clear.
Tried resetting but it is still an issue. The online check timed out 3 times and now it won't let me try again.
Have you rechecked the 'Check Service Status' at the top of the page?
If nothing is showing try phoning 0800 561 0061, this will tell you of more local issues that may not be affecting the area. Be aware that it isn't a manned line.
Go round all the accessible co-ax connections and ensure that they are finger tight.
Thanks for the number... i will save that!! Although online it isn't showing as a fault the phone number confirmed they are working on the issue.
