Use a wired connection instead

Welcome to the forum page and thanks for posting this. 

 

Sorry to hear you're having issues with your broadband but we can certainly look into this for you. 

 

Would you just be able to give a bit more information regarding so we can fully understand what is happening here. 

 

What is your wired connection like? 

 

May sound obvious but have you carried out any checks such as rebooting to see if this makes a difference? 

 

Is your hub also out in the open with nothing restricting it?
