The technician came in October to install our broadband and left a pipe in our front garden. He said someone would be coming to bury it properly.
It has now been months. I have tried contacting Virgin but no help has been offered. Has anyone else experienced this issue?
Since installation the WiFi also no longer works on the upstairs TV. Even though the technician advised it would be excellent coverage. How could I improve the signal please?
