Broadband dropping

Hi all

I have been experiencing drops in my internet connection for a few weeks now. I've rang up virgin multiple times and they go through the same process every time of rebooting which doesn't appear to be doing anything. They scheduled a ring back for a specific date which I never received and its near impossible to get through to anyone on live chat. My speeds are completely normal and there's nothing blocking the router so I can't figure out what the problem is... and it seems that virgin doesn't know either. My partner works from home and the internet is constantly disconnecting whilst he's in important meetings which is a huge problem.

I find office laptops are more stable with VPN, Zoom & Teams when network cabled direct to the Hub.

I am so sorry to hear that you are facing issues with your connection, can I just confirm, is this only happening on one device? 

 

Is there a VPN on the laptop at all?
