Broadband dropping out since 31December

Broadband has been regularly dropping out since 31 December 2020. Have been told that there is an intermittent fault in our area (SN3 3TQ). Customer advisors (when you can speak to one) says it will be fixed by a certain date but these keep passing and the fault is still there. Working from home is a nightmare. Need to speak to someone to find out when this is all going to be fixed.

Have you checked the 'Check Service Status' at the top of the page ?

Try phoning 0800 561 0061, this will tell you of more local issues that may be affecting your district. Be aware that it isn't a manned line.
