My broadband keeps dropping every few minutes, and I'm being disconnected from websites due to "Poor quality connection".
My router is Super Hub VMDG490, and I'm connected via ethernet cable, I've changed the cable to another one, but keep getting the same issues, attached are my router downstream and upstream reports do they look ok?
is there an actual network log on the Super Hub 2's? (I forget)
Also, set up a 'Broadband Quality Monitor'. This will monitor the state of your connection and record any network dropouts etc - You can do this at ThinkBroadband (https://www.thinkbroadband.com/broadband/monitoring/quality) Give it a while to gather data and then click 'Share Live graph' and paste the 'Direct Link' into the forum!
