Try checking with Area faults on 0800 561 0061 or if you have a VM landline 150 as small local faults are not listed on the VM status page.

Post the power levels, Pre and PostRS errors from the Hub. Also setup a BQM to monitor your circuit www.thinkbroadband.com/ping Once done we can comment.

Thank you for reaching out to us in our community and welcome, sorry to see your connection has been dropping, I was able to locate you on our system with the details we have for you and cannot see any issues.

Are you using a 3rd party Router, if you are please remove this by putting ours into Router mode, if not please check all your internal connections are hand tight once done unplug the Router from the power for 2 minutes then plug back in.

Hi

I am using the router in router mode. When broadband is dropping, both, wired and wireless devices looses internet connection. Sometimes it takes couple of minutes to establish, sometime few seconds, but this happens almost everyday. I will keep monitoring the thinkbroadband monitor and will upload screenshots here. See the screenshot from today uploaded below.
