Broadband drop-out regularly

Just recently I have been suffering with regular broadband drop-out. I have connected directly to the router (v3) and found that the Internet Status is 'Access Denied'. Checking the Status log reveals:

Hi,

Thanks for the reply. Typically, my connection has been stable for almost a week now. Obviously nothing has changed my end so I assume there have been problems elsewhere. According to Virgin there aren't any problems, ever!
