Check with Area faults on 0800 561 0061 If you have a VM landline 150 this goes down to post code level. You could also try the web page status, but this is not recommended as it only covers issues that affect a very large number of customers.

Their status pages are utterly useless because they don't update them. Ever. 

I had to resort to 3rd party sites to get information on the actual state of the network because xgs-pon was down yesterday for many hub5x owners across South Wales.

Raised a post about it here but of course there were no responses from VM and everything I said was ignored. I expected as much.
