Broadband down in my area

Hello, The broadband and TV is down in my area until apparently the 20th of December. Which is strange because my friend who lives 1 Street away still has broadband and TV. 

The ID of the fault I believe is: F011098298

I was hoping for some further information on this as I work from home and this is causing me a major issue.

Apologies for any braodband issues and for the impact on your work.

F011098298 - this has been checked and it's showing as closed as of 8.33am yesterday (15/12/23). 

No issues are showing for you as well when I check your system.
