Broadband down again

That’s 3 days in a row Wi-Fi and broadband has been down at Le7 7nj. When are Virgin going to fix it?

Yes engineer came round yesterday (68784 Aksham) and changed the hub to a hub 5 (was a 3) and changed the cables to the router. All good now.

Sorry to hear the broadband has gone down again.

I have checked the area and hub from here and it looks like you had a visit yesterday to get the hub swapped and internal cabling looked at.

Do you mind me asking if everything is okay now?
