As the first area in Scotland to receive Virgin Fibre Broadband we have enjoyed great service and speeds until recently. Several days of signal drop outs and really slow speeds, 1.5mbps when paying for 100mbps. Not getting what I pay for. 3 calls, in two days, from virgin trying to sell me more expensive TV packages has done nothing to help my mood. Hoping Virgin monitor this forum as the app says everything is fine! It’s not!
