Broadband down TW10 7NH

My broadband almost doesn't work last 4 days. VM is trying to repair it (as they said), but broadband is working only after 8pm these days. Whats going on? I don't want to hear your promise, I need result. TW10 7NH.

Try the “free & automated” Service Status number - 0800 561 0061 - which usually gives the most up to date info. and tells you of more local issues and fix estimates, down to street cab/ postcode level (the "compensation "timer" can also be started on this number if appropriate).

What is that reporting ?

I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired, 2 on WiFi) Hub5 in modem mode with Apple Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's & TP-Link Archer C64 WAP. On Volt 350Mbps, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.

Thank you for your reply. Robot told me that I can't use Virgin Media, they are working hard to fix the issue and expecting to fix by tomorrow 15:20. But they are doing this every day. For example, yesterday I was informed 4-5 times about issues and fixings. I don't understand what they are doing these 4 days with no result.

I'm very sorry to hear about the issues you have had. 

I have taken a look on our side and I am unable to see any fault currently reported.

It does look as though there was a reported area fault but this has been resolved.
