My broadband disconnects every day at least once and I have to reset. Trying to do home schooling and having big problems, as it always happen during lessons, on a video call etc. Can’t even get hold of customer service as the line is also out of order. Anybody help

Does it drop though if you test it on a computer/;laptop connected on ethernet? Can you try it?

I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired 2 WiFi,) SH2 in modem mode with Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's. On VIVID200, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.
I was working on the table with 2 laptops running and both disconnected, so I quickly connected one by cable and it still wouldn’t work. After about a minute the cable one started working 🤷♂️ And I had to re connect the Audi on the other if that helps ?
