Broadband data usage

On our wavelength

Got a VM email pointing me to check my data usage. This link lead me to My Virgin Media page but there is no link there to check this. Am I missing something here?

You can try

https://www.virginmedia.com/myusage

but that will redirect you to a login for MVM so you may be no further forward. If you do reach the data page, it might not be that rewarding as often the customer's personal data is missing, just a generic template shows

It's a good point.

They should have a page or something showing TV Broadband and Phone Usage I don't see that anywhere?

Sorry to see the website is not working for you to view your usage. What is happening when you are trying to view this?

Are you able to post a screenshot of what you can see? If possible, please ensure that you omit any personal information.

That's nice - I remember the day people used to get called up and told off.. either way you shouldn't be getting e-mails like that ASA time
