Broadband cable broken

Hi,

The cable from the brown box to inside my home has been broken during building work. I need an engineer to come out and replace the lead, how do i go about doing this? I've phoned the customer care line, been sent a link and followed the instructions but this does not lead to me booking an engineer.

Please can you help?
