Hi
I am now with BT broadband as of this morning. When I cancelled with virgin it was agreed that I would be disconnected on the 8th October. This didn't happen and now I've noticed a new bill for £49 for services from 16th to the 6th December. Sorry but now I'm no longer on virgin . Plus I paid £51 on the 4th November. I don't owe you anything and would like my unit to be collected please.
