Broadband Speed

I am paying for 350mbs Broadband and getting anywhere between 10 and 60 mbs on wifi using speedtest.net. I thought you were guaranteed at least half the published speed so should be getting at least 175mbs. I have tried all the help options, Virgin connect app and they have done the automatic remote tests, but despite spending hours on the phone trying to get through still no resolution.

Re: Broadband Speed

The Speed Guarantee covers wired connections, not wireless.

Re: Broadband Speed

You’ll get whatever speeds your devices can get based on your environment. There is no definitive answer.
