My Hub 5 is showing red light and no internet access. Can anyone help me out? How to sort this?

Try checking with Area faults on 0800 561 0061 or if you have a VM landline 150 as small local faults are not listed on the VM status page.

Welcome to the Community Forums and thanks for the post.

Sorry that you are experiencing this issue, if the light on your Hub is a steady red one, this usually means there is something wrong with the cable connections, I would advise unplugging them and making sure they are securely plugged in.

I can also see from our system that a technicians appointment has been raised through for you, do let me know how this goes and if I can assist with anything else.
