Broadband Outage in WD23

Has anyone else in thw WD23 area lost their services? I was watching TV & it came up with an error message. The hubs white light was flashing so I thought it had dropped & was reconnecting. It then started flashing red & despite checking every connection inside & out it is still flashing red with no connection. Virgins status checker says all is fine. Would be grateful if anyone can help

Can you Check first for any “known network faults - Try in 2 places

1) Try the “check service,”Area status webpage" (link at top right of this forum)

2) Then also try the “free & automated” Service Status number - 0800 561 0061 - which usually gives the most up to date info. and tells you of more local issues down to street cab/ postcode level.

Hi

Thanks for replying. I did try both of these but it kept saying no fault until this morning. Wasn't fixed until around 12.30pm.
