Thanks for using the Community Forums to get this issue with your connection looked into, I am sorry if this has been causing some frustration 😥 I would be more than happy to look into this for you!

That is certainly a dreadfully colourful BQM you've posted! 

Could you confirm what issues are manifesting on your side please? 

I have checked on our side for any issues and your power levels are out of spec, but please let us know what is happening on your side so we can make sure it's definitely the cause.

Generally slow connections with pages taking time to refresh. I rebooted the router and this seems to have helped:

That BQM does look a lot better, however your Hub's power levels on my side are still out of spec which may mean the issue might reoccur after some time. That's certainly not something I can allow, so I'm going to book an engineer visit for you 👨‍🔧 Just to prevent it from being an intermittent problem. 

I'll send you a private message now so we can get it booked in 🙂
