Broadband Intermittency

Hi

We are two key workers, working form home.  We are suffering from intermittent internet, regularly getting kicked out of skype calls etc

I've tried all the telephone support (reset router etc), and it is still happening

If internet access is 'mission critical' you could look at getting a 3G / 4G / 5G data dongle from a Mobile company, or more data on your mobile contract, or a cheap BT Line or maybe a Business contract with the better SLAs and free 4G Dongle for when there are problems.

Speak to Retentions on 150 or 0345 454 1111 - options 1-1-4-4 "Thinking of leaving" - they are open 08:00 until 21:00 BUT calling early between 08.00-10.00  midweek is best, when you will usually get a UK call centre with staff more informed and helpful. They seem to have the power of God over other departments.
