Hi - my broadband has been down since last night and still is. S72 area.
I have a blue flashing light on the front of the router.
Any help would be appreciated.

Check for a local fault via 0800 561 0061 it is an automated service.
Hi - no local fault. I have tried reboot, tried factory reset and still the same.
You got any other ideas?

Ive rung them this morning as we have the same issues in the BD20 area. ( Network Trial )

They’ve logged the fault but haven’t given a timescale for a resolution.
