Broadband Down Enfield

Hi all, our broadband has gone down with a solid white light on our Hub 4 and a light we’ve not seen before on our TV box.

Unfortunately Virgin don’t support diagnostic testing on the Hub 4 (which I find unbelievable) and their call centre just says that they’re busy and to call back later.

any thoughts as to how we get service back?!?!

But is it a bright or a dimmed white light ?

Quick question is it just wifi connections that are "down" or are devices connected on ethernet cables also dropping at the same time.
