A week ago or so I had the same problem, no Internet ! We had turned off the wall socket, and turning back on sent us into many problems, spoke on the phone several times rebooted reset etc and eventually they found they had to make adjustments their end! A week or so on and we are back in the same situation again, can they send someone to fix permanently please?

Check with Area faults on 0800 561 0061 If you have a VM landline 150 this goes down to post code level. You could also try the web page status, but this is not recommended as it only covers issues that affect a very large number of customers.

I'm sorry to hear about the issues with the connection.
I've had a look and I can't see any outages in the area affecting the service.
May I ask if this is an issue with the wired connection or the wireless connection?
Is it slow speeds or a dropping connection?
Can you check that all cables are connected in securely please.
