Box on outside wall not secure

Hi, I'm wondering if it's possible to get an engineer out to fix the outside box on my wall what houses the splitter which plugs into my power supply and has the fibre optic around it as the cover keeps falling off and the splitter keeps coming out on the separate bit of plastic that houses the splitter.  It was my upstair neibours box but because he don't use virgin now before I moved in and order up virgin they used their old box instead of putting a new one into my property and leaving the other box incase upstairs need it again.  Can this be replaced?  Cheers

Re: Box on outside wall not secure

A cable tie usually fixes omnibox covers on securely.

Re: Box on outside wall not secure

My neighbours box opened itself the other day, they fixed it with black tape 🙂

No need to replace it if you have still have all the bits.

Hi Rds261189

Thanks for posting. I'll happily arrange for a tech to come out and sort the omni box.

Will PM now to arrange

Kind regards,
