Hi there,

We have just moved into a property and we will have some external work done to the property. There is a Virgin box fixed to our external brick wall. The construction workers have advised to get this removed as it will be in their way.

Would it be possible for a Virgin engineer to remove this box and the wiring for us please as we are not Virgin customers and don't intend to be in the future.
