The engineer ordered us a booster over 3 months ago and it still isn’t here, help! We have the top package and can’t get wifi in 4 rooms

VM no longer do booster plugs. You need to use the VM Connect app to scan the wifi blackspots. Once identified by the app, it will allow you to order one WiFi Pod. You can have an additional two Pods if required.
If you wait here a day or two a VM Mod will pick this up to discuss.

Hi @MrsMcSayers, thanks for your post although I'm sorry to hear of your concerns regarding the WiFi Pods.
As mentioned by @Adduxi, you can request WiFi Pods via the Virgin Connect app if any blackspots are identified which can help with these.
