I have had a virgin media booster for a few weeks now. Every morning the booster disconnects and is flashing red, this often happens more than once a day. We therefore have re-sync the boosters multiple times a day. The boosters are not moved or unplugged, we are unsure why they keep disconnecting. A Virgin engineer came out a few weeks ago and said location of the booster is fine. Does anyone have any advice as to why they may be disconnecting?
