Thank you for the post Ceedev.

 

To order the booster you can go through the Connect app and scan your property for WiFi black spots, once this detects some it will go through a form to order the boosters.

Many thanks Emily. I discovered how to do it eventually. The connect app told me I needed a booster but when I followed the link I got an “Oops! We can’t change your package online”. In the end I phoned the support line and ordered the booster that way. It’s arriving today. I await with bated breath.
