Booking and engineer

IM trying really hard to book engineer as theres damage to the cable and i currently have no internet. Im trying to work from home as a key worker. How do i get in touch to book an engineer? going round and round online and no luck getting through on phone or messsaging service. Just cuts me off. Please help

What damage is there - is it cut through?

Is it only your property affected or is it a "known fault" on the Service Status number - 0800 561 0061 ?
