The hub 3 has a constant red light, I have done everything that I have been told to do, I had WiFi but was worried about the red light.I phoned customer services the guy said he knew the problem and said he would do a power reset, when he had finished I could only get internet through the ethernet cable. He said leave it 24 hours and it may come back on. The internet is constantly cutting out or providing really low speeds. I did a few hard resets this morning and now have WiFi but the red light is still on.
