Unfortunately it has been a couple of days since Internet is now working. The modem is showing green lights (one is intermittent), when I checked for any faults in my area apparently it's just one related to the TV but the broadband should be fine.
I have already tried to fix the problem myself following all the steps suggested, but it did not work.
I was trying to book an appointment with an engineer from the website but when I have the choice to do it the webpage stop loading.
Is there any chance I could do it other ways? I tried to call too but the line is always busy.
