Book an engineer

Having issues with my hub, and when I try and call Virgin it explains about covid-19 and then tells me the call centre is closed, tried to see if I could book an engineer and can’t find any page that’s explains how to do that, need the hub to be up and running for me to work from home, could someone suggest on how I should go forward?
