Blue light on Hub

My replacement hub (previous one had a permanent red light) has a constant blue light on the front of it. I can connect to the hub but it has no internet connection. 
I have tried hard and soft resets. The boys at HQ say there is nothing wrong with my service. Any ideas?

Sorry to see you were having this issue with your Hub, has this since been rectified since your post?

Engineer came today, Virgin call centre I phoned initially hadn’t pinged the hub properly so it hadn’t activated. I am disappointed because I asked them specfically and they said they had. 

That said the engineer was a top man and had it sorted very quickly.
